1. Wash your hands;

2. Distinguish the front and back of the mask. For example, a disposable flat mask, the lighter side is close to our face, it is important not to touch the inner side with your hands;

3. Hold the lanyards on both sides of the mask to wear;

4. Pinch the nose bridge of the mask tightly;

5. Pull the lower end of the mask to the chin and wrap the face tightly.

Wearing a mask according to the above steps does not mean it is over.The air tightness of the mask must be checked to achieve a better protective effect. How to check it?

First of all, cover the mask with both hands to breathe. If you feel gas leaking from the nose clip, you should readjust the nose clip。If you feel that air is exposed from both sides of the mask, you need to adjust the position of the head-band and ear-band again.If the air-tightness cannot be enhanced by re-adjustment, the mask model needs to be replaced.
